Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The World Transfer’s services, including bookings made through our website (www.theworldtransfer.com), email, or phone. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Reservations

All reservations must be made with accurate passenger information, including pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and contact details. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the details provided are correct. The World Transfer is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Payments

All bookings must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed in advance. Payments can be made online via secure payment systems. Prices include all applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Optional services such as child seats may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or failure to inform us of changes may result in full charges.

Delays and Waiting Time

Our drivers monitor flight times and will adjust for delays when possible. A standard waiting time of 60 minutes from the scheduled landing time is included for airport pickups. For other pickups, a waiting time of 15 minutes is included. Additional waiting time may be charged.

Luggage

Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one hand luggage. If you have excess luggage or special equipment, please inform us at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service without refund.

Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who behaves inappropriately, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or poses a risk to the driver or other passengers. No smoking or consumption of alcohol is allowed in the vehicles.

Liability

The World Transfer is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, road closures, or strikes. We will always do our best to ensure timely service but cannot guarantee arrival times.

Changes to Bookings

Any changes to your reservation must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. We will try to accommodate changes based on availability. Changes are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Insurance

All of our vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport in accordance with Turkish law. However, we recommend that all passengers have their own travel insurance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya.
